The technology for producing prefabricated framed housing is not a new process by any means, it has however seen a great scope for diversity in form and design not just down to money limitations or social acceptance of what a house should look like. Since 2009, we have taken into account worldwide processes for framing and housing construction. This allowed us to conglomerate the best world production and technological solutions into a single technology used by us for the construction of frame-panel houses.

STRENGTH AND STABILITY OF WOODEN STRUCTURES
We use European licensed design programs to calculate structural properties and restraints of designs and iterations to the form and process of our builds.
These calculations can red-flag any problems from design on CAD to possible factory problems further down the production process – which reduces the possibility of error to zero.
RESISTANT TO DECAY
Decay of wood – biological decomposition of wood by means of fungal decay. This process is possible only under certain conditions. At the same time, the moisture content in wood should be at least 18-20%.
Structural wood must be of a certain specification:
- Technologically dried (have a moisture content of 8-12%);
- Protected from direct hit of moisture (wetting);
- Have a sufficient number of technological holes for ventilation.
The use of biological compounds for the protection of wood is also a preventative step adopted.
Wood used and in compliance with fire safety regulations will allow your house to stand for a very long time.
FEATURES OF OUR TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS
When manufacturing houses, we use only dry planed beams of different sections: 50×100, 50×150 & 50×200. The use of planed technological dried wood makes it possible to obtain the necessary plane of the wooden frame, which is needed later for carcass plating with slabs (GVL, DSP, GSP, OSB, etc.).
As for the insulation we use board materials from the World’s best producers.
When constructing intermediate framing, we use spatial wooden trusses. They allow to obtain large open internal spaces that do not require additional supports (columns).
The formed space inside the framing allows to lay any utility systems without obstruction. Air layer, remaining after the insulation of the framing, creates additional insulation of the structure. This type of overlap will give you the opportunity to consider this option of heating your home, like air heating. It has a low thermal lag and high efficiency. The principle of operation is as follows: the air circulates through the system, passes through the filter, heats up and moves to the rooms.
The construction of the rafter system can be made for any type of roof cladding, from soft to ceramic.
